I joined Executive Resources in 2000. Originally from Southwest Iowa, I
graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a degree in Child and Family
studies and Psychology….who knew it would come in so handy!! After several years
as a retail store manager, I joined Executive Resources as a recruiter not
realizing that all those years of talking to friends on the phone would finally
pay off!!!
I only work a local market and I focus on insurance, accounting, marketing,
human resources and office support. I value the relationships I have with my
clients and candidates and I have a passion for this business. I will support
both parties throughout the whole process, and at the end of the day I know I
have done this with honesty and integrity. I love being a recruiter not only
because of the people that I meet everyday and help to impact their lives, but
also because of the impression that these people leave on me. Anybody who knows
me will tell you that I also like to have fun, so bring your sense of humor!!
